Got a new washer....had to get the dryer too!

Ended up with an emergency dryer replacement when our 15-17 year old LG front loaded washer died (wife has to keep the pair intact!). Actually, for a long time, the dryer had a hard time drying in one cycle, having correct sensor readings, etc. so it was time. Price was comparable to all local competitors. Satisfied so far...way quieter than what we had previously. Had done my research prior to walking in the store and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I would think so. The glass lid makes the pressure cooker act as a slow cooker. As I haven't used the rice function, I'm not sure if that performs under pressure or not. Best to see what the instructions say.

I live in the country and do not have access to cabled wi-fi. We use an AT&T hotspot for our wi-fi. Will this system work with this wi-fi? If not, would line-of-site wi-fi work? Or satellite wi-fi?

1. is there control button for picking up call, i know about earbuds detaching but that doesn't help if earbuds already in ear :).. really imp feature missing? 2. how does hearthrough works, is it temporary on while you hold control button
I haven't used the control to pick up the call as I use my phone out of habit and the instructions don't say. But if the headphones are connected around your neck (they're magnetic), separating them will answer the call. The pass through works really well. You essentially turn off the Active Noise Canceling on the left side button dedicated to it. You don't have to hold it down or anything.

Do the earbuds retract?
No, that is one of the drawbacks. They are made of a thicker rubber/plastic with a thicker neckband. The reason, I believe is because theses are meant primarily for speaking, so the thicker wires enable the microphone to stay closer the mouth, which it does effectively. In a few weeks of using, no one has ever said they couldn't hear me or that my mic cut in and out. But the sound and mic are great quality.
