I can tell you this BestBuy can claim to be inclusive but they discriminate against disabled people this is the second time I've tried to get an Xbox x. I told him I'm disabled in a wheelchair and homebound one of their employees told me to stand in line and get a ticket if you only knew how much I wish I could stand again very disrespectful. They need an option for those of us who cannot make it there I have tried to call the store to at least purchase it with my Elite Best Buy card and then have to pay someone to come and get it for me but they refuse absolutely refuse

So i had my RIG 800 for like 4 years and one day while i was using it on my xbox it randomly disconnected and no matter what i do it will not pair to the dongle on pc or xbox mode. i do the force pair and it just disconnects itself idk why its doing this
