Steelbook was in excellent condition and at a good price. Classic, funny comedy. The 4K upgrade quality was good. Never owned this on blu-ray. This was a considerable upgrade from my DVD copy.

This is a 90s action favorite for me. Would have liked to have a bit more extras on it, but the 4K transfer did not disappoint. Definitely worth the $30 upgrade from my old blu-ray.

The movie was okay. I just don’t feel like it aged well. However, the 4K transfer was very good and the packaging on this steelbook is great. I give the movie three stars for the movie. The quality of the transfer, the packaging, and the $19.99 price point earned it the additional two stars.

Great price on classic sitcom

This is one of my favorite sitcoms. However, I never got around to watching the last couple of seasons. At $24.99, it was a great price point to pick up the entire series on blu-ray. That way I can re-watch it at my leisure and not have to hunt for where it’s currently streaming.

The four stars is for the great Black Friday price of $9.99. The movie I’d give a three star rating for quality. It’s a decent Evil Dead movie. Though I do wish it came with spcial features on it, but that’s not Best Buy’s fault. Also, the reason I waited for a Black Friday deal to pick it up.

Good streaming device especially if you have prime

Fairly easy to use streaming device. I bought this to stream media on my non-smart TV flat screen in my bedroom. It was well with the $24.99 price. The only issue I had is that it didn’t support VUDU and the app was not readily available on the App Store. However, if you do some research on YouTube you can find tutorials on how to side load it. However, the user interface for VUDU when you do this is not optimal. It is however a great streaming option if you have Amazon Prime video streaming. Overall, I prefer the Roku streaming stick I had in my living room, but this was a cheaper option for my bedroom TV. However, if you want to interface with VUDU stick with a Roku streaming option which will cost a bit more. I will say most and TV series I have in my Roku librarary were accessible through the Amazon interface. Nice budget streaming option for a non-4K TV.

One of my favorite action films of 2017. Definitely expands upon the John Wick world and a worthy successor to the ultra-violent original film. This one definitely ups the ante on the violence and action. Definitely worth the Black Friday purchase price.

My favorite horror film from 2017. It was well worth the $4.99 Black Friday sale price. It is a little slow to develop, but the payoff is well worth it with an over-the-top crazy ending. It is not an overly gory horror film. I did see it before all the hype generated so I went into the theater not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Basically, a story about a boyfriend who goes to meet the parents of his girlfriend who live out in the middle of nowhere. At first, everything seems kosher and the parents seem very accepting and friendly. However, things soon take a twist into the bizarre and it turns into a nightmarish visit.

This is a very good horror film that focuses on suspense and building of tension over gore. Well-paced and had me at the edge of my seat the whole film. Excellent minimal use of sound. One of my favorites of the year. I actually purchased this as a Christmas gift, but I already own it. Well worth the $9.99 sale price and stands up to repeated viewings.
