Just setting it up and ready to throw it out the door. it won't let me sign in to Amazon, won't even go to Netflix. Nothing. Stalled on page where you choose between full and basic. Then nothing. I've had it.
Not sure what you are doing wrong but whatever it is, it is user error not the TV. I had absolutely no problem setting up. It sounds like possibly a WiFi connection issue. If you can get your WiFi to connect then all you need is your account number to log in to Amazon. It is really simple
