This USB mic has great audio quality, comparable with the Blue Yeti. However, this one comes with some additional features that may increase the value depending on how much you pay for it. It includes a built in shock mount and pop filter. The light tells you if the mic is on or not. Overall, great features and works well.

My laptop GPU for recently died, making video editing virtually impossible, so I figured it was time to invest in a PC. Initially, I was intent on building my own PC, as that's usually the preferred route for PC enthusiasts. While doing my research, as someone who's never built my own PC, I learned a lot about components and how they fit together. In the end, I was going get a PC with the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X and a AMD Radeon RX 5700XT.
Despite scouring the internet for hours on end, day after day to maximize costs while learning how to build, I came across this prebuilt PC. For $1200, not only did it beat out the price of what I was going to build, it came prebuilt with a warranty along with a free keyboard and mouse, liquid cooling, and RBG lights (it's a meme, but they do look nice. Building it on my own with this budget would've meant no lights at all.) This is an absolute steal. The value is quite amazing, honestly.
While some may enjoy the effort of building a PC, many considering it a hobby, I preferred having the luxury of not having to order numerous parts from many different vendors, having to pay for shipping and wait for the individual parts, and ultimately having to build it from scratch. Coronavirus has also made certain parts, such as good affordable power supplies, difficult to come by.
My specific system came with the XFX 5700XT THICC II Ultra, which may not be the best of the best compared to the more higher-end manufacturers such as MSI, but it's still a great graphics card. My mother board was the ASUS B550M-A (WIFI). I'm very satisfied with the components that I got; however, the components for every system may be different.
I've read about how some have been burned by the poor GPU placement in the casing and that it is way too close to the case. Luckily, they seemed to have resolved this issue--at least with my system. I had no issues connecting my Display port to my PC; there was ample space.
It's a definite plus that the case itself is quite gorgeous. Color scheme reminds me of the upcoming PS5, so if you're intending on getting that too, the two systems will definitely compliment each other visually. The lights are awesome too, if you're into that, but you can also turn them off if you find them distracting.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. Even if you enjoy building PCs, this system is a steal in terms of value and performance.

What a movie. There's so much. The CGI is all over the place; the scenes with people acting and the HAIR are so bad and you can practically see the green screen. But then the bigger setpieces and fights were insane, like a super-powered video game cinematic.
The script was basically written by a high schooler. It's bad. Real bad. Even with the film's intentionally goofy tone, there's a lot of dialogue that's laugh-out-loud funny, and perhaps not intentionally. Luckily, Jason Momoa is a powerhouse, delivering these garbage lines with such authenticity and charisma, one can't help but imagine how much better the film would've been with a competent writer.
Aquaman is a lot of fun with a lot of faults. Try not to think about things too much--not like the film gives you time to really ponder. And yet, the run time feels somewhat padded; there's no reason the film should be as long as it is. Go in knowing you're not here for a masterpiece.

After the disgraceful Resident Evil 6, the series was in a difficult place. Before the fantastic RE2 remake, this was the game the restored many people's confidence that Capcom still knew how to make an atmospheric survival horror.
The first half of the game is hands down the scariest RE has ever been. The atmosphere, sound design, and set up is absolutely terrifying. Many may blame the game for to being like RE, but get through enough of it, at around the midpoint, the structure of a RE game begins to reveal itself. Every RE basically begins with you feeling weak and terrified and by the end, you're a walking arsenal. Make no mistake, RE follows this; Outlast this is not. While the narrative is strong, it does waver toward the end unfortunately.
In the gold edition, the game includes all the released DLC. The "Banned Footage" line of DLC are mini challenges/minigames that extend the gameplay but don't add anything too meaningful to the narrative, aside from "Daughters" which follows the Baker family before the events of the game. It's short, but sweet. Another mode is akin to Call of Duty's zombies mode where you survive against hordes of enemies.
Not A Hero is a great throwback to RE5 and ties up loose ends from the core game. Fun, satisfying, but nothing extraordinary.
End of Zoe, however, leans right into the absurdity that is this series. This story DLC has a lot of fun with what it's doing and leans right into the campier sides of the series. Depending on how serious you take the RE canon (and you shouldn't), it's a really fun extension that has you in shock with the things you're doing.
RE7 is a great package that is especially worth picking up at such a cheap price. If you enjoy survival horror, it's essential. Don't miss out.

Following the heels of the critically acclaimed and loved Resident Evil 2 remake comes Resident Evil 3 Remake. As someone who absolutely loved the original RE3 (and preferring it to RE2), I find myself in a similar predicament here.
As with all remakes, it's always important to ask yourself what do you value with a remake. The same question will be asked once Final Fantasy 7's remake comes out, but it's especially important to understand your expectations going in. Are you one who cares about having every single detail and beat recreated? Or do you care about how it's reimagined for the modern age?
RE3 Remake is a reimagining. It takes most of the best parts of the original and crafts are more well-told narrative with fantastic characterizations. Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira are fantastic here. This has by far and away the best writing in the series, making them extraordinarily relatable and human while maintaining the classic RE charm. Certain segments from the original are cut in the remake which may irk many long-time fans, but taken in the context of the narrative, it still works.
The gameplay is fast paced and energized in comparison to last year's more methodical RE2R. The inclusion of the dodge mechanic that's introduced, just like the original, is great and really makes you feel like an experienced force compared to Leon and Claire, who were much more vulnerable. Gunplay is impactful and satisfying, but to a slightly smaller degree as the fantastic gore system from the previous game is stripped down significantly here. The change is that there's a lot more enemies to worry about here.
The elephant in the room, however, is the length of the game. It's about a 5-6 hour game, depending on how methodical you are with the game. It's short. No way to go about it. Furthermore, there isn't a "B" scenario like in RE2, so it's a more linear narrative. There's also no additional mode like playing as HUNK. Most of the replay value comes from the in-game "shop" where you unlock things like infinite rocket launchers or an assault rifle to use in replays. There are 2 additional harder difficulties as well. There may or may not be an additional DLC, but taken as a product here, the content is sparse. I believe that the core experience is a quality one, enough to justify my purchase at full price, but those that value having a ton of content in their purchase may need to take these things into consideration to prevent being disappointed. For me though, the game was so much of a blast that wanted to go back to it the minute I finished and relive Jill's terrifying journey through Raccoon City.

For both newcomers and returning fans, the collection is excellent. The experiences in the package are unlike anything you'll find in gaming. The intense soap-opera narratives, intricately detailed recreations of key cities in Japan, the strong attention to detail, the wacky-yet-enduring side quests, and more are all beautifully transferred to the PS4 in 1080p with 60FPS. It's the definitive way to experience these games. Yakuza 5 is especially a treat as it holds up very well--not to mention it's an absolute beast of a game with so much content.
Specifically to the packaging, it's awesome. The art is gorgeous and inside the case, there are a myriad of personal messages from the developers and creators of the three games. It's a love letter to long time fans.

The Logitech is G502 is an awesome mouse. If you're gaming on a PC without a gaming mouse, you should stop immediately and pick it this up. This specific model is in gorgeous black and white, but the regular edition performs just as well. It's also not too complicated to use, in comparison to the MMO mouses with 10+ buttons. The mouse comes with an intuitive program that allows you to change every button to your liking. There is also a way to adjust the weight of your mouse. Get a good mouse for yourself when you're gaming. You deserve that.

The Planet of the Apes Trilogy is fantastic package with three amazing movies. An strong argument can be made that each one in the trilogy could be the best of them.
Redeem yourself in Judgment for the PlayStation 4. Judgment comes from the same vein as the revered Yakuza series. The games often have gritty, epic tales of the Yakuza filled with twists and turns at every corner, fit within a extremely detailed rendition of Japan with an abundance of sidequest, minigames, and other activities. Judgment doesn't do a lot of deviate from that same formula, but what makes this one special is you'll play as Yagami, a private investigator (rather than the hardened ex-Yakuza, Kazama Kiryu). While the mini games involved with the detective side of the the game are surface level and simplistic, the overall narrative is stunning.
The main gameplay element is the combat, which is exceedingly fun and intuitive. You'll be doing some extremely badass, jawdropping moves. The fights are also fantastic, with a impressive soundtrack to accompany it. The graphics are great (though not as stunning as Yakuza 6), especially during the cutscenes. This is the best way to experience a slice of Tokyo without actually being in Tokyo. The minigames are bountiful and plentiful with a surprising amount of depth.
There is a lot to offer in this game. Personally, the biggest draw and the star of the package is the main narrative and the combat. But what makes this game special, much like the rest of the Yakuza series, is the sheer amount of detail put in every corner and every mini-game. There is a sort of sincerity in the game that is felt everywhere in the game. Don't miss out.
