Protecting an expensive investment is always key. Geek squad is pretty good at fixing issues though they take a long time and tend to send your item out than fix it in house. If they send it out your best bet is to buy a loaner pc and return it after lol cause man does it take awhile.

Very pleased with how responsive this laptop is. Purchased as an upgrade for everyday use and photography editing with Adobe light room and photoshop. I wish it had better graphics card for some gaming elements but ehh I think it will be fine to run age of empires when it comes out lol.
