Nice if it's working - that may not be too often. Bought this unit in 2018. It constantly froze up - in order to get it to function I would have to unplug it and plug it back in. When it came back on, I would have to reset ALL the settings, internet, apps, Netflix, Pandora, etc. It would work for a week and then do it again. Sony replaced the unit while it was under warranty - YEA, I thought my prayers were answered. RECENTLY, the replacement unit started doing the EXACT SAME THING- BUT there is a VERY SHORT warranty on the replacement unit. Talked to customer support today. I am just out of luck. (I'm a snowbird, so I only use the unit 6 mos out of the year). They are sorry, but it is out of warranty. It doesn't matter that the issue is IDENTICAL (so there is obviously a problem with this model!!!!. So, if you want a unit that is reliable and a company that stands behind their product, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Check very carefully the compatibility of your computer before you buy this software. My MAC gave me a warning signal that said "You can use this software this year, but next year you will need to upgrade your computer or your operating system in order to use this software." Since the carryover of data is a main selling point and my computer is not able to accommodate the next generation of operating system I choose to dump TURBOTAX and keep the computer. Is the online version different???

If you are a fan, then this is a necessity purchase. If you are not a fan, the same arguments that have lingered for the past 40 years persist. Plot is very good, sound is good (hoped there would be more dazzle from the ATMOS), cast is outstanding. They made a concerted effort to leave no stone unturned as far as casting, and phenomenal special effects (sadly again sound was NOT)!!! Especially rewarding is the bonus disc featuring a 2 hour retrospective of the entire project from the first moment until now!!!! I was aghast to learn of cameos by Carrie Fisher's real life daughter, John Williams (yes the composer was IN the film) and a drop in performance of JJ's friend Lin Manuel. Just a sideline and you might already know this, but this info rocked my world. The 4K box says you need a 4K DVD player and a 4K compatible TV to play the disc. I am a 'sound' guy, so I have NOT upgraded my TV to 4K (bBECAUSE I am into the 3D big time and you have to choose). However, I have a fantastic ATMOS system. Unfortunately they have packaged Blu-ray with only 7.1 sound and 4K with ATMOS. Since I have a 4K/3D DVD player I bought the 4K disc, which included the Blu-ray disc 'just in case'. I am very happy to report that either the TV or the DVD player successfully 'adjusted' the video signal and the 4K disc played on my system with ATMOS and a great picture with no hiccups.

For some reason dehumidifiers that I have bought previously seem to last a few years, and then poop out. Fingers crossed that Frigidaire will be the exception.

I expected a lot better quality from this player. It has locked up twice in the two evenings I have used it. Can't even cycle off the power without unplugging the unit. Very disappointed. Having to move a 75" TV to reset this unit is a pain. Video quality is great, along with the audio. Maybe its a defective unit. I'll give it a couple of more tries before returning the unit. We have two other SONY unit from WALMART that have worked flawlessly for over three years.

Yes, it will support atmos, you have to make sure that you have the settings right...BD Secondary Output OFF, and Downmix Surround. I had to change these settings in the AUDIO menu, and now my Denon Amp says DOLBY ATMOS when appropriate.

I bought this for a friend with hearing issues. It is really helpful to boost audio levels and improve clarity. I gave it 4 stars, because it is impossible for a 2 piece unit to deliver the sound imaging of the 5 or 6 piece units, but the sound is very clean and excellent quality.

Josh, I understand your comment "So... give it the number of stars for what it is, a 2.1 system, not a surround system. If it's a great 2.1 system, give it five stars. If you want a surround system, pony up the bucks!" I agree with your comment, HOWEVER, the 2.1 product description states "provides an increased level of immersion, no matter the content, room size or shape, creating floor-to-ceiling virtualized 3D sound that transforms a sci-fi film into an intergalactic adventure, or music into a live concert". It does not. Hence four stars for falling short of the promised virtualized 3D sound. It does do a great job of boosting audio levels and improve clarity with excellent quality (for the price). Folks need to know if there is a reason to consider the 5.1 when, from the printed description the 2.1 sounds just as enticing. I agree, it is not the same, and that is what I pointed out. My home system is the Denon Denon AVR-8500H 13.2-channel, 11 B&W speakers and 2 JL Audio 750w subs. The system is outstanding in every respect, and delivers more than promised...serious bucks were ponied. I rely on these ratings when I'm trying to decide between models, and my review might help someone with less experience looking for help.

I had the same issue, my Firestick (attached to a Sharp TV) from the bedroom turned on the Insignia Fire TV in the kitchen. I was able to pair the bedroom Firestick to the Sharp TV and it no longer affects the Insignia Fire TV in the kitchen.

Does the MyQ smart garage hub continue to work with just blue tooth if the wifi goes offline? Or does it require wifi all the time?
It is my opinion that Wifi is required to link the phone app to the MyQ...I was never asked to pair the system to my bluetooth, so I don't think there is a bluetooth connection. There is a nice help page on the Chamberlain website to ask questions, or give them a call to verify. This hasn't happened to me, but I know that in a similar scenario I am unable to see my thermostat settings or adjust home temp on my phone through my Honeywell app if the internet is down.

I have a Craftsman from 2012. I can't get this to pair with it. It has a grey learn button and this color is not listed in the setup. I tried ALL the colors, but no luck. Anybody get this to successfully pair with a (Craftsman) grey learn button?
I also had trouble getting mine to pair! Give them a call, she walked me through the entire process and it did not work. We had to do it 3 times. Our problem was that the app kept deleting the actual device and there was nothing in the app to pair WITH. Make sure it is added with the serial number in the app and that it STAYS entered during the process. But again, a call to customer support will answer all your questions.
