I bought a 70" Sharp on sale for $499. Gave it 3 stars because of sound, and light spots in screen. Found this TV for half price $250, bought this and returned the other. This is at least 2 stars better. Great picture and color, sound is really good and OMG the price!!! Oh and a normal remote thank god, the Sharp tried to get cute with a curved remote that constntly fell over...lol...highly recommend this TV...even at it's regular price it is a good TV. Oh and adjustable feet, so fits on my smaller TV stand!

Sound is horrible! And that is the major reason for my 3 star rating. But I guess that is to be expected these days, as TV manufacturers put the speakers on the back because they WANT you to have to buy a sound bar, and if sound matters to you, then you will. Picture quality really good, though the corners are awful light when screen is "black". The number of inputs is fantastic, 4 HDMI means I don't have to switch out my peripherals all the time. Price is great (when on sale for $499, if I paid $649 I'd be angry), size is great, but be aware, you will need a really large TV stand.

The movie itself is of course a classic, but the Ultra 4k does not disappoint in regards to resolution. With Ultra 4k it does not feel like you are watching a 40 year old movie!

If you are looking to use this in a high many windowed room, then go ahead...however you will get just as many useable channels from a $10 Antenna in the same room. I bought this behemoth thinking it should pick up stations in my garage (mostly wallboard for walls, above ground, and has a window). Even putting it directly in the window I got only 2 network channels!!!!! DEFINITELY not worth the $70, it's going back tomorrow!

Not worth even the $20 or so!

Bought this hoping the amplifier would help get stations in my garage, at best, 3 channels. OK, figured I'd see if it would do better upstairs in the living room. It does, and it claims to find 28 channels! HOWEVER, only about 15 of those actually come in, and I was getting the exact same 15 out of my $8 Unamplified rabbit ear HD antenna. Save yourself some money, going cheap will get you just as many channels!
