I really thought this little guy was trivial, but I was so wrong. Provided you have HDMI linking all set up this little remote does it all! Turns my TV on separately if desired, obviously the PS5 unit and even controls the volume on my receiver. First time setup and initial 4K disc playback was a tad clunky, but after that it was a breeze and this comes in super useful so you can control media how you want with it and save the juice in your game controllers rightfully for games. Gone are the days of accidentally bumping the game controller. Thank you Sony for not only making this, but for releasing it Day 1 too. I tested the pre-populated function buttons too like Disney Plus and it took me directly to Disney Plus on the PS5 so I could instantly start enjoying the newest episode of The Mandalorian. What more could you ask for?!!!

That DTS-X Audio...WOW!

So I have been a fan of Blues Brothers ever since my dad made me watch it in my youth. It's a 5-star movie for me. The steelbook here while nothing fancy wise was the same price as the regular release so I opted for the Best Buy exclusive. The video looks the best it has ever, but it's the DTS-X surround audio track that completely wowed me! I never heard anything like that since the 2001 4K release. It's absolutely ferocious and monstrous. The Blues Brothers has never sounded better and I don't think it's possible to ever improve upon this release.

Favorite Movie of The Year But That Audio!

So listen up. This review is twisted. I have watched Birds of Prey some 21 times now, and this is by far the best steelbook release (cover-wise) of the year in my opinion. It's gorgeous and I own multiples of it. However, it's the audio that suffers on this 4K disc release. I know how this one should optimally sound and like the early Disney 4K disc releases you really need to crank this Atmos surround track to hear it properly. It's sad because none of the other DCEU 4K titles have this issue. If audio wasn't an issue, this would EASILY be a 5-star release!

This film has sentimental value to me. I grew up with it, on it and emulated these teachings within throughout my youth. And now it's on 4K disc and coupled with the $10 Black Friday price last year it's a GREAT VALUE. The iconic 80's film never looked and sounded so good! It's a "cruel summer" indeed! It's nowhere near as flashy as a modern day release is on the 4K format, but you can't deny how great it looks for its age.

Yes the movie is very corny as well as the action, but make no mistake about it the Angels never looked and sounded so good. It came with a slipcover and digital copy within. Very satisfied with this...sort of an oldie, but guilty pleasure.

My summary says it all. Say what you want about The Rise of Skywalker (I personally like it), but the fact that they did not give individual releases to all the Star Wars films in steelbook feels downright criminal. I love the artwork on this steelbook release and obviously the 4K presentation within is pretty great (just turn that audio up a bit).

The Most Desired Box Set Ever!

Yep! You read that right. Make no mistake about it this is the most coveted 4K box set of all time! The Original Trilogy with Special Edition effects have never looked so good. Yes you need to crank the Atmos audio track up, but if you collect Disney 4Ks by now you should be used to that. Only reason I did not give this a 5-star review is because they really didn't take care of the video appearance of The Phantom Menace. It really looked no better than the Blu-ray edition. And lastly I HATE trying to get the discs out of these cardboard sleeves. They are impossibly TIGHT and virtually impossible to get out without finger prints on the under side of the disc unless you wear gloves or pry them out with a glass cleaner clothes or something. I wish I would have spent the extra $30 and bought them all as individual releases. Sad but true.

When I was looking around for a Tom Brady Funko POP all the retail stores were really sticking it to you with the price, but not Best Buy! They had it for $9.99 and free shipping during the holidays. Can’t beat that! It doesn’t especially look like Tom Brady per se, but it’s the Super Bowl version, has his name on the box and that’s all that matters. It may be the last Super Bowl version we see of this sports icon, but hopefully not.

Can’t Say Enough Good Things About This One!

My summary heading says it all. I was pumped and stoked to add this one, it’s one of my favorite MCU films, to my 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray library. The steelbook is just the icing on the cake, but I’m not going to lie. I have been purchasing all the MCU 4K catalog releases thus far in steel at Best Buy and will continue to pay the inflated prices with no reservations. This movie looked and sounded great even with Disney’s problems with Dolby Atmos surround tracks. Plus there’s Scarlett Johansson in 4K too...so there’s that...just sayin.
