I got the maestro since it was recommended by Best Buy and they installed it themselves, I did take a look on the instructions and I was going to do it myself but I let Best Buy do the installation instead, good call, I've had my radio installed for over six months and still works great. can control the volume, fast forward, rewind, mute, and other functions from my steering wheel,

I tried getting my washer delivered one time but the guy said he couldn't take off the hose since it looked rusted.
I took it off and the next time they came, they took the old one and replaced it with the new one. happy it happened regardless.
so advice, make sure if they look rusted they might say no to you .

The second time was done right

I got a washer and it was supposed to be delivered one day but since I did not have the hoses necessary to get it hooked up they took it back. I then purchased the hoses needed to get it installed so the next time they came they did manage to deliver and hook it up. Also the first guy said he couldn't take the hose off the water supply but when I got home i took it off right away.
So the first time was not the best experience, but the second time worked great. different guy, different process.
