I absolutely love this washer. The only problem I've had since I bought the set is that I can't get it to stay in balance, but most likely an operator error. If you're on the fence about buying this, just do it, it's worth it. You won't regret it and you'll be thankful you did.

you may still have the shipping bolts screwed into the back of the washer. those need to be removed and the system will auto balance itself.
