My LED Television got real smart

My LED Television got real smart as soon as I plugged this in. For about $29 (sale price), I was able to turn a decent TV into an extraordinary TV.
The setup was quite simple after plugging it in.
All I had to do was enter my Amazon account information and the automatic setup program kicked in.
Prime Video and Netflix were pre-installed, and thousands of other apps were available.
I have since bought several of these to give as gifts to family members.
The device has since been upgraded and the original went to a neighbor.
A lot of power for a very small price. I love it.

This is my 2nd purchase of the Companion 2 Series #III speaker system. Sadly I had l leave my first set behind when I spent two years living outside the U.S., but when I returned, these were one of the first things that I purchased. Love the simplicity of the system, but what I love even more is the quality of the sound. I have these hooked up to an LG monitor which has great graphic quality but has no built-in speakers. Great for watching videos. The sound is brilliant but the price of the speakers did not break the bank. If I had to leave these speakers behind again as I travel the world, I would buy they again when I returned to home base.

I purchased the Insignia HDTV Fire TV Edition this past week during an amazing sale - $99 - for a television with Alexa built in - and I am loving it. The set up was easy - you were walked through each step of a very straight-forward process. And I was watching Netflix and Prime Video and cable within less than 30 minutes. This was an upgrade from an LED television with an Amazon Firestick that I bought a couple of years ago, but it is far superior. Would I recommend it to others - definitely. I am loving it.

This is the second Insignia 8-Outlet Surge Protector Strip that I have purchased. The first one has protected my equipment for over 2 years now. When I needed more outlets and protection (as my electronics have increased), I immediately chose the strip because of reliability and price. Very satisfied. It does lack some of the bells and whistles of upgraded power strips (USB charging outlets, for instance) but I did not need them and went for the price (so I can use the savings for other purchases).

Do it support hdr10
According to its specs and according to Consumer Reports and other ratings, the 43" Insignia 4k does support HDR10. It may give you a whole lot more information than you want or need, but can I suggest checking out https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/insignia/fire-tv-edition-4k for a comprehensive look at this particular television. I have owned this television for over a month now and it is an amazing piece of electronics for the price.

What kind of cable do I need to make this TV a laptop Monitor? Will it become the main monitor or a second monitor with this cable?
When I want to use it as a 2nd monitor, I use an HDMI cable to connect my ASUS laptop to the Insignia Smart TV. The TV has 3 HDMI ports. I use one for a cable hookup and one for the laptop when I connect it. Using Windows 10, you have multiple options under PROJECT - to use the tv screen as a mirror of the laptop screen, to use it to extend the laptop screen, or to use it as the primary monitor. I normally mirror, but using the extend option does give you lots more room for open applications. If you don't have an HDMI port on your laptop, you can find some type of connector to convert another type of port to an HDMI port. If you have a USB-C port on the laptop (most recent models include at least one), there are a huge number of plug in hubs available to give you an HDMI port for the laptop (as well as miscellaneous other ports, depending on the hub you purchase).

I use the C-920 on a Lenovo with win 10-64 ver 1803 and it works flawlessly with all of the programs that I use for communications, including Skype, Facebook and X-Split. I had no problem with the camera or the microphones...... had it up and running within minutes.
