My go to cases. Tough, slim, not bulky in the pocket. Pairs really well with the Insignia brand glass screen protector. My phone has taken a few spills and no damage has happened to the phone whatsoever.
Unlike traditional, circular earbuds, the design of the EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other earbud-style headphones. The speakers inside the EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio. The EarPods with Lightning Connector also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.

Be careful when using these. I recently went from an iphone 6S to the 12 and was used to putting the phone in my back pocket with the headphone jack side facing up, so that the earbuds could reach my ears with no issue. The lightning jack on these is rather awkward and one day while on the bus, I felt a snap and they stopped working.
I discovered that the actual lightning adapter portion snapped and bent out of shape. These are the same great quality as the versions with the headphone jack, a feature that I really miss on iPhones, which is why I didn't give these a 5 star review, even though they are the same great quality in terms of sound.

The alignment tool is FANTASTIC. Also pairs up nicely with the commuter otterbox case I purchased. Sure, you could go for something slightly less expensive through the big online retailer of stuff but I have never ordered screen protectors that included an alignment tool. That makes this worth it, in my opinion!
Control media playback, adjust the volume and answer and end calls on your Apple iPod, iPhone or iPad with these Apple EarPods MD827LL/A, which feature an in-line remote and mic for ease of use.

Whether I'm on the go, at home, or even using them for audio production approvals - I love these headphones and their balanced sound. Great lows and really clear highs. These are the only headphones I use!

Chernobyl is an incredibly unique show. From the writer of the Hangover sequels comes what is possibly the best work of historical fiction I've ever seen.
Brilliantly acted and shot, the show amounts to what is basically a five hour panic attack. Dread creeps in from the first shot and doesn't let up until the finale. Not to mention that the shows overall theme of the cost of lying rings more true a mere year and a half later than when it premiered.
Plus, the steelbook release has what is quite possibly the greatest alternate artwork ever made for one of these releases, drawing from Munch's 'The Scream'.
The film that started the "summer blockbuster" trend, director Steven Spielberg's adaptation of Peter Benchley's novel is a masterpiece of action and suspense. The New England resort town Amity Island is terrorized by a man (and woman)-eating great white shark, and it's up to the local police chief (Roy Scheider), a marine biologist (Richard Dreyfuss), and a grizzled shark hunter (Robert Shaw) to stop the feeding frenzy. With Lorraine Gary, Murray Hamilton; features a classic score by John Williams. 124 min. Widescreen; Soundtracks English Dolby Atmos, DTS HD 7.1 Master Audio, DTS Surround mono, French DTS HD High Resolution Audio 7.1, DTS 5.1, Spanish DTS 5.1; Subtitles English (SDH), French, Spanish; featurettes; deleted scenes; outtakes; storyboards; photo gallery; theatrical trailer; 44-page booklet. Two-disc set.

In my humble opinion (what do I know?) JAWS is the greatest movie ever made. It was a combination of talent, happy accidents, not-so-happy accidents, and filmmakers at the top of their creative peaks that resulted in a truly magical film.
Presented in 4K, the film is the best it will probably ever look. Wondered what it was like to see JAWS on June 20, 1975? Here you go. The sound mix is built off of the one done around the year 2000 which features modern sound effects like knife hits and gunshots. Not a fan to say the least but I'll take it.
This 4K package includes a reprint of the booklet from the DVD special edition which featured that sound mix for the first time. Highly recommended for fans of classic films, Spielberg, or just good stuff in general!

How many times am I going to purchase a different blu-ray of the same movie? Well, one more time apparently. Given that this time around John Carpenter's classic was given the steelbook treatment.
But what did me in was the beautiful artwork by Phantom City Creative. Absolutely knock out interpretation.
The 4K transfer from a year or two ago looks absolutely spectacular. Halloween has never looked or sounded this good. The 7.1 mix included on the disc holds all kinds of details in the audio I'd never heard before and this is a movie I've been watching my entire life.

Steven Spielberg's 1975 classic has finally received the 4K treatment it so greatly deserves. For Universal's 100th anniversary, a new negative was created and released on blu-ray. My assumption is that the 4K transfer used this new negative to make this latest edition.
The colors are crisp, the grain is present (as it should be), and the richness of the image has never looked better in a digital presentation. JAWS has never looked this good on a home video format. Think of this comparison: when the 35mm prints were struck in 1975 and run through the projector for the first time. That's how good this looks.
I'd say that this release is near perfect except for the new 5.1 stereo mix for the audio. This was redone at some point after the year 2000 and the old mono track was replaced, which I think is far superior because original foley and sound effects were used. Gunshots, thuds, and loud sounds are replaced now by more modern sound effects. Not a big fan of that, but it's a nitpick at best.
Extras are carried over from previous releases, including Laurent Bouzereau's excellent doc on the making of the film. Plus, the new steelbook packaging makes this essential for any home video format fanatic.
