Love the capacity. And the agitator. Gets clothes very very clean the first time.
Beware of what kind of drain pan you’re using. The drain cannot be in the center of the pan because in heavy loads the bottom of the machine grinds against the drain plug and it sounds like a train is crashing into your home. The first time we used it the bottom of our washer was grinding against the drain and damaged the washer. Best Buy replaced it in two days. Best customer service I’ve ever had. We moved the drain plug from the middle to the edge and everything is great now.
