Have purchased 4 appliances in recent months. First three installations were wonderful. This one disappointed me. Did not level the freezer. Did not remove the tape. Did not explain using it at all. When they removed the old freezer, they left the front door and screen door wide open and never came back in. Thought they would come back to level it but they just left. Had to have my son come the next day to "finish" the installation. (level it and read how to use it after I downloaded the instruction booklet. I would recommend the freezer but NOT THE INSTALLERS. So any answers about installation is poor.

Keep perishable foods fresh for extended periods of time with this Insignia white upright convertible freezer/refrigerator. Delivery, installation, take away old, all excellent. Very careful not to mark walls or floors. Fast and efficient. After new washer was installed, instructions how to use it were given very well. No need for another trip or to pour over instruction booklet for washer. These installers were well equiped and knew the product well.

Customize your loads the way you want in this Whirlpool Top Load Washer with 2 in 1 Removable Agitator. Simply remove the agitator to give bulky items a little more space to move. You can even pretreat stains right inside the washer using a built-in washing machine faucet to help remove loose soils.

So far, performs as promised. No dispensor for liquid fabric softner. Might bother some, but I use dryer sheets so no big deal for me. Longer wash cycle than older washer but old one was almost 24 years old. What can I say, it washes the clothes, not an exciting experience. Best feature is removable agitator for larger items such as blankets, etc.
