So far so good. Keeps the beverages cool. I agree that the colder section should be on the bottom and not the top, and frustrating that there is limits on how cold you can take those areas.
If you order it, pick it up at the store. The first one came direct and was beat up and bent. This most likely because of 3rd party. Best Buy did take it back and had the second one sent to the store. It wasn't damaged when I picked it up
