Movie is great - Best Buy messed up

The movie is great with plenty of payoff for Spidey fans. As always, Marvel adds tons of intrigue and foreshadowing to spark curiosity for the next movie in the MCU. The quality of the movie is why I give it this high of a rating. The missing star is because of this:
My only complaint - and it’s a huge one for me - is the gutter poor planning by Best Buy for the steelbook edition of this release. Preorders were sold out long before this was released. Their numbers expectation should have been AT LEAST 50% higher, maybe twice what they produced. It was obvious to even an armchair marketer like me that demand would be greater for this Spidey release than previous MCU films. How can a company like Best Buy not forecast this kind of demand and plan for a satisfactory production run?? I’m disappointed, Best Buy.

A good addition to the MCU, and a decent segue out of Natasha’s story given her ultimate fate. Disappointed with the way they chose to use Taskmaster, but it works with the plot of the film. Marvel Studios gets rid of their villains far too readily in my opinion. Maybe the multiverse will refresh the rogues gallery somewhat and we can get some favorites back on screen.
Always love the steelbook issues. I hope Best Buy keeps offering them so I don’t have to import them instead. With the market pushing more and more to digital distribution, I worry that physical disc production cuts will make finding special issue versions like the steelbooks harder to find in the future.

Good finale

I’m sure the folks at Disney and Pixar could have milked the Toy Story franchise at least as long as Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and the others were able to come back and voice their characters (or were willing to), but I hope they realized the magic would have faded much, much sooner.
Number 4 in the film series feels like the goodbye they wanted despite number 3 being the better of the two “endings.” Either way, it’s a fun movie with all the action, warmth, and innocence you’d expect from Woody, Buzz and company.
A must-buy for true Toy Story die-hards. Recommended viewing for casual fans.

One of our family’s favorites series, HTTYD comes to a finale with part 3. It’s bittersweer to see our beloved characters go, but the exit is sublime and fitting. The hint of a new future at the end of the film is wonderful and emotional, so we have a glimmering hope of a follow up in time. Highly recommended if you’re a fan of Hiccup, Toothless, Astrid, and the rest.

Pooh and friends are just as lovable in this CGI live action sequel. The voices for the animals are great and Ewan McGregor always impresses. The film is a Hook-esque take on Christopher Robin’s growth into adulthood and what happens when his past comes crashing back in to meet him. My only complaint was the lack of a 4K version.
