If I wanted to charge my Iphone 12 and my Airpods Pro at the same time how do I do that? Will the Airpods pro charge on the smaller side where the watch goes?
I would look at another setup. I have this one but also love my anker magnetic charge 623 go. On sale for 69 no too. But it acts as a mount for your phone. Holds up Or down and then you set your airpod pro’s on top. I take mine to work for the convenience of having a mount, charger for both products all in one. Very sleek too

Do you have to have a Magsafe case in order for this charger to work fast and efficiently at charging your phone or will it work with any plastic case? I don't want to take my case off every time I charge my phone which is a 12pro
You need a MagSafe case. Otherwise take case off, which I wouldn’t suggest.
