I know I can't use this as an external game drive for PS5 to play games off of, but can I use it to store PS4 games and other games I've installed?
Yes it works. You can leave Plugged in to Either. You can save games on it if you have run out of space. I use the wd black box on ps5 and works perfect. It’s external hard drive I believe though. Either way. This one works too

If I wanted to charge my Iphone 12 and my Airpods Pro at the same time how do I do that? Will the Airpods pro charge on the smaller side where the watch goes?
I would look at another setup. I have this one but also love my anker magnetic charge 623 go. On sale for 69 no too. But it acts as a mount for your phone. Holds up Or down and then you set your airpod pro’s on top. I take mine to work for the convenience of having a mount, charger for both products all in one. Very sleek too

Do you have to have a Magsafe case in order for this charger to work fast and efficiently at charging your phone or will it work with any plastic case? I don't want to take my case off every time I charge my phone which is a 12pro
You need a MagSafe case. Otherwise take case off, which I wouldn’t suggest.
