In 1969, Southern California pastor Chuck Smith (Kelsey Grammer) had no answers about a shrinking congregation-until his daughter gave a fortuitous lift to hitchhiking hippie evangelical Lonnie Frisbie (Jonathan Roumie). The intersection of their fates, and that of skeptical teen/future pastor Greg Laurie (Joel Courtney) over the ensuing decade's Jesus movement, are followed in this inspirational adaptation of Laurie's memoir. Received dvd but not a digital code, which was clearly indicated it as included. This is the second time I bought a dvd at Best Buy that said it would include a digital copy but did not.
