In 1949, Ensign Jesse L. Brown (Jonathan Majors)-the first African-American Naval officer to earn pilot wings-reported for service on the aircraft carrier Leyte. The strong bond he'd forge with newly assigned wingman Thomas Hudner (Glen Powell) as the ship was ordered to the Korean Peninsula would be repeatedly, and ultimately fatefully, tested in the North Korean skies. Earnest and fact-based battle opus also stars Christina Jackson, Joe Jonas, Thomas Sadoski, Serinda Swan. 138 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

Over the top buddy movie. This movie was based on a true story but it was way over done. After about the first half hour I lost interest in it because it was full of the same old cliches.
Neither the storm that forced airline pilot Brodie Torrance (Gerard Butler) to land his plane in an isolated region of the Philippines, nor the fact that he was transporting convicted killer Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter) proves to be his biggest problem when his passengers are taken hostage by a dangerous militia group. Out of options, Torrance must enlist Gaspare's aid in order to mount a daring rescue. Yoson An, Daniella Pineda, Tony Goldwyn co-star in this thrilling actioner. 107 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English. Two-disc set.

Great premise for a movie. Full of action. But I couldn’t help but wonder why all the other passengers were just content to sit on their duffs and wait to be rescued. The movie was sort of predictable but good.
Will Spann (Gerard Butler) was coming to accept that his marriage to Lisa (Jamie Alexander) was over in all but formality. During a highway gas stop, however, she entered the convenience store... and never emerged. As the doubts of his noninvolvement on the part of the authorities and her family grew, he'd take the investigation into his own hands-with shattering consequences. Effective thriller also stars Russell Hornsby, Ethan Embry, Michael Irby, Bruce Altman. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

This is a great movie. It makes you think about how far you yourself would go and to what lengths if one of your loved ones were kidnapped. This movie will have you glued to your seat wondering what will happen next.

Any movie with George Clooney in it has to be good. Not only is he a good actor but he is funny. Although the movie is somewhat predictable it was a great movie. It one of those movies that you watch if your feeling down . And it will make you smile.
Inspired by the actual files of Father Gabriele Amorth, Chief Exorcist of the Vatican (Academy Award~-winner Russell Crowe; 2000, Best Actor, Gladiator), The Pope's Exorcist follows Amorth as he investigates a young boy's terrifying possession and ends up uncovering a centuries-old conspiracy the Vatican has desperately tried to keep hidden.

This is one movie that you definitely do not want to watch by yourself. And like I said before Russell Crowe is at the top of his game. For my best guess Russell Crowe is giving Tom Hanks a run for the gold.
Melbourne federal agent Aaron Falk (Eric Bana) went back to his drought-stricken rural hometown for the first time in decades on the news that a boyhood friend had killed his family, and them himself. Asked to stay around and investigate the shocking incident, he'd face opposition from the locals-including some who thought he knew more than he told about another friend's death back in the day. Thriller from the Jane Harper novel co-stars Genevieve O'Reilly, Bruce Spence. 117 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

It’s a good feel good movie but it has the feeling that it was done on an extremely small budget. It’s like I said about another of Tom Hanks movies. I’m beginning to think that he’s just cranking them out for the money at this point.

This movie stayed true to history. The acting was phenomenal and the photography was exceptional. This is one of the best World War Two movies that I’ve seen in a long time. One of my favorites.
Overbearing foodie Tyler (Nicholas Hoult) whisked unimpressed last-minute date Margot (Anya Taylor-Joy) to an exclusive, $1250-a-head seating at the island bistro of imperious celebrity chef Julian Slowik (Ralph Fiennes). As the evening progresses, though, it becomes apparent that the cunning culinarian will be serving his one-percenter patrons courses of mental and physical cruelty-culminating with just desserts. Savory satirical suspenser also stars Hong Chau, John Leguizamo, Janet McTeer, Judith Light. 107 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

Talk a about a bizarre and twisted movie. Very well filmed and thought out . Also full of suspense and strange behaviour. It’s one of those movies that you just can’t help but watching to see what happens next. Very strange though. The title should have been Men You.
Tom Hanks delivers a wonderful performance as Fred Rogers in this affecting biopic. Reluctantly assigned to pen a piece on the iconic children's television host for Esquire magazine, journalist Lloyd Vogel (Matthew Rhys) has his pessimistic views unexpectedly altered when he strikes up a friendship with Mr. Rogers himself, who teaches him some valuable lessons about life. Chris Cooper, Susan Kelechi Watson, Enrico Colantoni, Maryann Plunkett co-star. 108 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English. Two-disc set.

Definitely not one of Tom Hanks best movies. At this point I’m beginning to think that he’s just cranking them out for the money . Although it was a good movie I don’t think that I would waste my time watching it again.
