Broke after 6 months. Side of case next to camera broke because its so thin and poorly designed. Lifetime Warranty is worthless because they now charge shipping and handling $9.99 (no longer free replacement) on their junk cases, case new was $22.00.

Unit designed ok but requires 2 USB-A ports for Blueray writes. New laptops only have 1-A port. Should have come with a separate power adapter for high current draw and not depend on the laptop for power in those circumstances. Cant really rate the Blueray capability sice unit was returned.

Great alll around laptop

Excellent choice for the traveler. Light and sturdy aluminum case. 1tb storage and touch screen make this a keeper. Bought on December 22nd at sale price of 899 so this was a real good purchase. I use this for Video work and Slideshow design and the display is unequaled on similar units. Samsung really put their all in the design of this laptop because it has it al at reasonable price.
Cons: only has 1 USB-A port so an adapter or multi strip is needed if you use more than 1 A device. Stupid Windows One-drive constantly annoying you, deleted and solved. There's more than enough space on the SDD drive so its not needed.

Not a good investment

Battery life is horrible... they say 3 hours, not so...maybe 2 if you are lucky and thats just listening to music. The sound is average with little base but there is no distortion, background noises unless they are loud, get filtered out on calls. Driving with a window open and on the phone isnt possible, itll sound to the caller like you have a vacuum running on the phone. The case is supposed to recharge the buds 4 times but on average i get 2 recharges before both need to be plugged in to the charger. Overall they arent bad but way overpriced ...I think i paid $119 for them. They are actually in the $50 to $75 category. If the battery lasted longer I would give them 3 stars.
