More Professionalism and Thoroughness Required

First actual delivery, the team was rushed, unwilling to explain and missed that I also needed to have the gas valve replaced, which resulted in me having to hire two separate professionals on two different days incurring additional charges and delayed the install until after Thanksgiving which was my goal, as I had 8 guests staying in my home. They stated they were already running 2 hours behind and dumped the items in my garage which also created extra havoc for my disabled husband to be able to get into and out of the car easily.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

3rd Time's a charm

This was the 3rd attempt and thankfully completed. The installation and delivery teams that previously came were not thorough in their explanations and caused the 3 attempts. I would have liked these set up as stackable units, but the team today was in a hurry and said I would have to get someone else to do it. Tracked quite a bit of dirt into the house and hallways

It is easy to use, Wifi setup was a breeze, holds more than I thought it would. The loads are efficient. Need to download my cycles as too many settings move to warm or hot water when it is not needed
