You can actually recognize the people in the video

My first impression of this security camera system was how valid is packed. I received one very large box with 4 or 5 smaller boxes inside, each of which contain various components well package to prevent damage during shipment. The instructions were very descriptive and detailed, but there was a minor issue when I started to use my custom made ethernet cables. After contacting the manufacturer we discovered that there was a small difference between the standard practices of custom or off-the-shelf ethernet cables. Be certain to keep each cable separate and dedicated to its appropriate camera in order to get the best results. This minor issue would never present a problem to 99.9% of the typical homeowner/purchaser of this item but please contact the manufacturer should you decide to attempt to custom installation yourself. Any homeowner should be able to install the system themselves, but when it comes to a highly customized installation, leave it to the professionals.
The image quality is fantastic and when paired with my Samsung 4K television it was actually quite shocking compared to other security camera systems on the market today. Anyone familiar with the system would probably start to snicker and laugh at the "typical" security camera footage like they show on television when they ask for public assistance in trying to help the humanlike figure on the screen. The images captured with this system are hands-down the best I have seen and I can actually recognize people's faces from 20 feet away from the camera with no problem, when maximized to full screen image that distance would extend to 40 or 50 feet… Maybe more. I purchased the 16 channel, 10 camera system so there is still plenty of available upgrades and expansions that could be made in the future.
Excellent investment and I would by again if and when the time arises.

I was not sure how a keyboard was going to connect to my television but for $29 I could not turn down the chance. I tried about 20 times to get the keyboard connected through Bluetooth, but this was not a Bluetooth keyboard. There was a small dongle that we plugged into the back of the television and everything worked fine. It is extremely lightweight and I especially like the yellow button at the top left corner for your mouse click or for holding and dragging. I will probably be buying another one for the bedroom television, I currently have it connected to my Samsung Q 90T and everything is working wonderfully.

Maybe I waited a little too long to purchase me from smartphone. I had avoided the world of smart phones mostly due to the fact that I didn't want to deal with the things that I would have to deal with from work as long as I could honestly say "I do not have a smart phone". It has been an extensive learning curve and I still learn things about this phone every day. It's capabilities, clarity of photographs and the sheer convenience of all of the included apps, some of which I did not know existed. Previous to this for the only thing that I had been associated with was my android tablets, that are also Samsung and have performed beyond my expectations. I can only hope that this phone meets my expectations that I have grown to expect from Samsung products… Only the best!

I had purchased this phone near closing time and was informed that there was not a promotion at that time even now I was under the impression that there was. I returned the next day with the phone in the unopened box and easily returned it and received a refund of the difference between the price they paid in the promotion which actually was going on the day before when I purchased it. The salesman was extremely helpful and made this transaction as easy as possible and even convinced me to purchase a different color now that I had plenty of time to think about it.

Purchased 2 televisions at the same time. We received a call from the delivery person's explaining that they only had one of the 2 televisions in stock and could they hold off delivery into the 2nd one came in, which we agreed to since we were not in a hurry. Multiple deliveries were scheduled and canceled until finally I had to make a trip back to the store to get the first one delivered and after several weeks had to return to the store again in which case they upgraded me the new and improved model which had come out and was in stock as a replacement to the now discontinued not all of which I ordered. There is no additional charge for this upgrade and felt that was well worth the delay. I understand that things do happen and felt that this was an appropriate response and thus right has done right by me.

Fantastic television! I could not imagine why anyone would want a television the size, until I had it a week. Fantastic detail in every scene with no distortion and blur even at high speed action scenes. Coupled with my surround sound system will really bring movies to life. It is heavier than expected, but this thing is huge! Has plenty of inputs and outputs available for custom installations and an extensive menu of options to fit the most difficult entertainment systems. It does take a while to set up and get all the adjustments to your liking so plan on spending at least 2 days with your television while your spouse goes shopping with the girls.

is these the US version?
I purchased the phone in the Best Buy store in Christiana Delaware in the United States and it has performed flawlessly. I cannot recommend a better phone. And it has worked in all of the areas of the United States that I have been to since I purchased it without a single hiccup.
