Good sound but many issues

This is a Samsung so we all thought be a great home theater, yes sound is very clear not too loud for a 1000 watts, bass is just normal, had to send it back to geek squad twice already, if you buy this item make sure to get the protection plan or don't buy it, if you like the boom prolly need to add a bigger subwoofer I added a Sony speaker to make it louder, troubles with channels every often
