I love and have been using Microsoft Office for years but now with the subscriptions I am forced to pay a fee to continue using which is just more money in their pocket with no real benefit for me. I never needed the latest version but I always needed on my personal computers for when I work or do things outside of the office. I would love to be able to buy the program under student or professional discounts again instead of paying monthly/yearly!

Case is expensive but with the warranty lifeproof offers it is well worth it as I have had some minor issues with certain areas getting worn or falling off but only pay shipping for a new case.

Just want to start, anyone thinking this is an Ipad - it is not. Battery life is decent but will die in 1-2 days if left on. Great little device to search the web, play games, read books, look through photos, etc. Overall rating is thrown way up based on price, $50; for this price you will not find anything better and because it is not apple you can increase the memory easily by adding a card making this a high quality product for anyone to use. If you have kids, might want to get a protective case for it as it is smooth like a phone.
