Mine worked awesome for 9 months or so. Now if i move them wrong they will just shut off. Getting more frequent. Most the time they will turn back on and connect. Sometimes they won't for 5 or 10 min. Anyone having a issue like this?

3 blue lights are lit and 4th one is blinking. This happens when the unit is plugged in or even if input power is removed. Since 3 lights are solid, the unit should have sufficient charge, but it does not charge any device connected to it. What's wrong?
