Upon purchase, we arranged for the Geek Squad to use out Total Membership for set-up of the new laptop. All they did was run it for updates and did none of the Data Transfer they charged to our Membership. Upon getting home, after 400 miles of back-and-forth driving to acquire this item, we did the set-u ourselves. Pro Tip: test it before you sign the paperwork and leave the store!
