Not a good day for Best Buy or for us.

We were scheduled for delivery of a GE washer and dryer set on Dec. 17. The delivery team was to be commended for their work, however Best Buy had sent the wrong washer and when we needed the dryer door reversed, the installers discovered that whoever installed the door originally stripped the screws so that noone could reverse the door. They told us that both issues would be remedied quickly because it was Best Buy's mistake. They left the machines with us to use until the correct ones were delivered. The Geek Squad scheduled us for their earliest opening on Sunday, January 5. They later called us back to say that they had no delivery teams that could come on a Sunday. Since we were going to be away beginning January 6, the next time they could deliver to us was February 3. So we can't really rate the washer & dryer yet as we are still waiting to get it. I assume that the actual delivery date will begin the date of ownership, so I cannot answer any of the questions below. WE STILL HAVE GOOD FAITH IN GE, so the one-star rating and the NO recommendation are about this experience, not about GE.

This charger was terrific and a good addition to my Chargers. The only downside is that the USB inputs are on the bottom when the ground plug is in the down position which is the way most Outlets are installed. Would have been wiser to put them on the side. Otherwise it's great.
