DECENT Machine that does the job

Bought the machine to match with my new 4K ultra HD TV and sound system. I believe it does the job just fine. Not sure if I bought a lower category DVD player, it would make much of difference. But it's compatible and it's not expensive and it reads DVD well, even the badly scratched ones. A world of difference compared to my Apple Super Drive.

Repetitive if you have a Roku TV

The device is super light-weight and slick looking. I bought it because it connects you to hundreds of streaming services/channels on the go? I guess. But I don't want TV that much at all and I have a ROKU TV. The channels are already sufficient for me. I find it repetitive to ROKU service but you might find some channels that only the chrome cast support and you really want them, then it would be your bet.
