Personally I own a previous Instant Pot and it works flawless. However, this purchase was a gift for a family member. After setting up the unit and running the initial water test, it will no longer power up. No lights, no power, nothing. All safety procedures were followed, grounded outlet, and not near any water source, etc. Returning to Best Buy to trade it out.
