I was not happy with this television. Maybe we didn't read the full details of the how to guide but I could not even find them in the box. The pamphlet that was with the boxed item gave no instructions on the remote nor did it give a guide for the TV. Maybe that was a slight error on the manufacturer although to avoid any other err's we exchanged it for a different brand which we are highly satisfied with.
