Convection Fan can’t be replaced

Bought a Breville convection oven about 5 years ago. One year ago the conv fan started making horrible noises from being gummed up. Turned off the convection feature. Apparently the vaporized food particles have gummed up the bearings in the motor to where it keeps the fan from turning. Breville has engineered the fan so that it’s near impossible to access the bearings for cleaning, or to remove and replace the fan. Breville needs to engineer a much better fan/motor assembly to keep this from happening! Otherwise, the oven worked great for 4 years.
