Yes, you can find better screens... by paying twice the money. This is in no way the best TV in the world. But I dare you to find a TV better than this (or the H9G) at this price point. The big 3 TV brands have a lesson to learn here if they want to stay in the lead.

Yes, 10 bit panel. No HDMI 2.1. It has all the features of HDMI 2.1 minus the bandwidth for 4K @ 120 hz.
