Poor performance & does not include accessories

This adapter has extremely poor performance with my Netgear router (older 802.11n model). Even less than 10 feet from the router, I only get maybe around 15Mbps transfer speeds despite it reporting that it has a 300 Mbps connection, and it sometimes drops the connection completely. The adapter itself gets very hot, as I noticed while trying to troubleshoot the performance. All that stuff packed into such a small package is creating a lot of heat and the only significant conduction path is through your USB port.
It has much better performance with the Asus router (also an older 802.11n model) that I have in my basement, however, range is limited and performance falls off quickly because of the construction of my house, hence the reason why I have a separate router for my basement.
I'm returning this item because of the performance issues with my network and I'll try a different product instead.
Also, I wanted to note that the item description for this is wrong. It states that there's some sort of clip and an extension wire included. Neither of these items was included with mine and it was factory-sealed when I bought it. If you want/need these accessories, beware that the item description appears to be wrong. They are not in the box.
Last comment is that the documentation on this item is very poor. No manuals included other than a quick start guide which provides incorrect information for Windows 10 users. You do not need to run the included driver CD prior to installation. Windows will automatically install the correct driver without using this CD. Also, note that the latest driver for this device available from the Asus website is from 2017.
The best things I can say for this item is the convenient compact size is very unobtrusive, which I like, and the price is pretty good. If this device plays nice with your existing network infrastructure, and you don't require the accessories they say are supposed to be included, then this might be a good option for you. Seems to work well with other Asus hardware for whatever that's worth.

Ok, does the job

Gets the job done but I wish it would give me a better idea of where I stand while itemizing deductions on my federal return. Am I only $1000 away from exceeding the standard deduction amount or am I $6000 away? If I’m nowhere close to getting over the standard deduction amount, I don’t want to keep wasting my time entering a bunch of charitable donation information that won’t be used anyway if I don’t have enough to make a difference on my return. Also, there were a number of items that weren’t very well explained in terms of eligibility for certain credits and what kinds of things I could enter in various sections. I ended up having to go search the IRS website for their instructions on the particular form or worksheet I was working on for information that I expected TurboTax to explain. If I have to look it up on my own, then TurboTax isn’t adding much value here. I could be doing all of this for free directly through the IRS website’s e-file. The big benefit I’m seeing with this software is the review the software does to try and find mistakes or missing information on the return. It does help you avoid those kind of mistakes. Also, is it just me or does it seem like it’s getting more expensive every year to use tax software like this or TaxAct? Next year I may skip this software and do my taxes manually directly on the IRS website with their fillable forms.

The speed in this little stick is incredible if you have a USB 3.0 or 3.1 slot to use with it. Even on USB 2.0 slots it still felt quicker than my other drives. I have no benchmarks to prove it, but that was my impression anyway. Still blows me away that so much storage space can be stuffed into such a small little flash drive. Downside is that if you have it full and it crashes or gets lost, that’s a lot of data to lose. Just a heads up to users that these devices should be considered temporary storage only for this reason. Keep backups on another device whenever possible!

Good, but not as good as first one

My family loved this movie but we all agreed that we liked the first one a little bit more. I doubt this one will get as many replays as the first one gets in my house. Still a very fun movie, though. A bunch of references to older stuff older kids and parents might pick up on that I found more amusing than my kids did.

For the price, it does what it's supposed to do. Only real issue with it is, that after over a month with it, it still hasn't stayed 100% flat. The left side still has a small roll in it.

Is the keyboard considered full-size?
Yes, but the number pad keys do feel slightly cramped and those keys are a bit smaller than the rest. It's not really a problem for me, but something maybe to be aware of if it matters to you. Personally, I prefer having it small-ish and a bit cramped rather than not having it at all.
