The product utself is 5 stars. Has great sound, deep bass and perfect treble. I only have 3 stars because Best Buy customer service is trash. Only honoring price match in 15 days is the lowest in the same industry unless you buy their trash upgraded membership. Best Buy needs to fix this and if not this WILL BE the last purchase i ever make wirh Best Buy. Fix you return period and pprice match, your current service is a spit into the face of 10+ year customers and new customers. BOSE return policy is 90 days. DO BETTER

Best Scuf Controller By Far

Takes a little to get used to the click funtion like a mouse instead of trigger when in tjat setting, but once you figure it out it works great for FPS games like COD. Remaping also took a bit to learn with the app, but once set i havent had to change at all. I want to also note, i havent had good luck with scuf controllers as ones that are customizable were proprietary to either Xbox or PS... with this one being made by scuf i havent had any issues at all. There is no noticable stick drift and the controller just works as its supposed to. I have an Xbox Elite 2 and this scuf controller and i find myself using this scuf controller primarily now. Not that the Xbox Elite 2 isnt good, but this scuf feels better in my hands. I definitely recommend to anyone considering buying this to take the leap and buy it.

Best Wireless Gaming Headset... so far

So i have owned a few different wireless gaming headsets from Steep Series to Astro. These have far exceeded my expectations as far as sound quality. The Blue app that can be downloaded with the headset sets this headset apart from others. Its fun to play with different voice settings and they have different audio formats that can be downloaded from the Blue app that can drastically chage the sound quality. There is also 7.1 surround built into the app that you can adjust the different levels of each channel. I only doc'd one star because i dont know about the logevity of the headset plus there is no sound cancelling so you have to adjust the mic sensitivety to nkt pick up unwanted background noise. In some games like WZ2 and Modern Warfare 2, there is also a mic sensitivety setting too so have to play around with those settings to get just right.

Samsung OLED tv is the best tv ive ever owned. Have this paired with a Sonos soundbar, two surrounds and subwoofer all Sonos and can hear the difference with the Dolby Armos built into the TV. Upconverts regular cable to 4k and native 4k content is way too clear almost looks like your looking through a window. Otjer brands like LG has Dolby Vision and this TV does not and supports HDR10 although there is NO content right nkw that supports Dolby Vision. Tje TV is bright on pretty much all settings. Would buy 10 times again if i could.

How do I change the AC filter?
You dont have to change/replace the filter. The front white panel comes off and you have the filter there. You can wipe it off with a microfiber towel or run under warm water to clean it. If you run under warm water the filter needs to be completely dry before putting back in place.
