Great treadmill! iFit service not so much. Cancelled iFit after 30 day trial but must have done so not in time. Got charged for another month. Will not use iFit subscription, too expensive. In addition, we had a 1 year free gift card with the deliver but iFit did not honor it. Said it is too old. That makes me wonder how long the treadmill was in storage before we bought it. Regardless, the equipment is excellent we have been using it almost every day. It great that Netflix and some other apps are available.

I tried to reach out to you. Not certain why I am asked to do so since you were clear that you are not honoring it. Also, now since we cancelled the subscription, it has been rather difficult to use the treadmill. If I could, I would take another star off my first review.
