Cannot use these with my LG TV

It's probably no fault of sony but rhis is just to save the next person a headache.
I was unable to use these headphones with 4 of the 5 TVs in my house because my televisions only have optic out and not an AUX port for the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable or RCA audio out. I have to return these in favor of wireless headphones with toslink inputs in the transmitter.

If Sony makes some I'd gladly give them a try if they are similarly priced.
The build quality on these seem nice.
My advice. Check your TV to make sure they are compatible. Do not trust the word of the sales rep.
The one 720p 15 year old TV in my house did accepts the analog cables included with this product but none of my newer 1080p or 4K. They were all designed for toslink cables similar to what is more common on sound bars.
The limited time I did get to use them. They were pretty decent to be honest.
