When you buy web root physical, does that mean it comes with CD?

No. I bought the same item where it said “physical” and thought the same thing. All I received in the box was a card with
a download code. I called Webroot assistance though and an agent helped me. I followed his directions to download the code
and am now protected. You won’t need the physical disc.

Still, I don’t know why “physical” is even mentioned. I agree it is misleading and makes no sense !
