I was disappointed with the quality and reliability of this product.

I’ve had this for a good while. Purchased in early 2018. It’s still stable and functioning. Only disappointment is that this player never had update created since the launch of the product. The UI really do need a major redesign since it doesn’t look very modern. But other than the disappointment, the product still remains reliable and does it job with 4K and Dolby Atmos content.
