Joystick issue but warranty covering it

Already had an issue with the right side joystick. Fortunately company has a 2 year warranty. Contacted them and they are replacing controller at no charge. However, it will take 3 weeks for the replacement.

These are my first pair of earbuds EVER so I really have nothing to compare them to.
It took some effort the first few times to secure them in my ears (they take a little wiggling in place for small ears) .
The sound is great! The noise cancelation feature doesn't completely block out whiney children though!
I recommend them and would buy again.

Issue with charging Samsung 3 watch

I purchased this to charge a Samsung Watch 3 and a Samsung S10+ when away from home and during power outages.
However, there is problem when trying to charge the Samsung 3 watch. Because my wrist is small the leather band has become very rounded which prevents the watch from laying completely flat on the pad. This prevents a strong connection to the QI circle. To solve the problem I have to elevate the charger so the watch strap can curve over the edge of the charger and dangle off the sides. It is also slow charging the watch.
