Our installation was standard, yet the installers managed screw it up. When installing or hauling away, they sat the washer on our hard wood floor and scratched the crap out of it. Had to file a claim against their insurance which took over 6 months to recover. Long story short, be very proactive to protect your floor when they install

Missing some cool feature

Let me begin by saying we love this washer. But, we do wish it had more features.. most importantly an alert feature to let us know on our phones when it is finished. I can't tell you how many times we have to re-run a load of wash because we didn't hear the finished alarm. overall its good and it does what it's supposed to which is wash our clothes. . Love the color. . looks great in person. .
