This actually works well

I wanted a GPS amount that didn’t need to be stuck to my dash with adhesive. This did the trick. It was also convenient because I have 7 vehicles and I didn’t have or want 7 adhesive discs stuck all over the place. That said it works in a bunch of different applications. The key is to look for a relatively flatish place to rest it. I suggest cleaning the location with any spray, THEN, wipe it with alcohol to dry it. Rest the mount on that space. Recognize that there is a plastic film on the base that needs to be peeled off to access the surface that offers traction.
