We have a simple Sonos System with Playbase, Sub, and 2 Sonos One SL Surround Speakers. However there are over 17 devices on our WiFi network in a 3000 sq. ft. house and
spread over three floors. What we observed was the Surround Speakers dropping off periodically, just going silent. Did a little research and found that the Sonos Boost can solve
this problem by switching the entire Sonos System components to their own (non-WiFi) radio network. Plugged it into an ethernet port on my router, went into the Sonos app
and added it to the system and all the Sonos Components switched to communicating through the Boost. The Surround Speakers stopped dropping off completely.
