Had issues with audio recording

Bought this to have a standalone solution to capture my gameplay for my consoles as well as a side feed for video where I could just record an audio track on my pc and just record the video from pc gameplay.
The build is solid, feels like good quality parts.
The record button is a little bit janky, it doesn't have a tactile feel, it's hard to tell if you pushed it correctly.
Gets a little tricky with finding the correct SD card, ensure you get that ahead of time and get the correct type if you pursue this product.
The main problem I had was I ran into where it did not capture audio through HDMI. I checked all my cords, tried multiple displays including my LG tv, 2 different computer monitors, tweaked the settings file by testing out capturing hdmi/line in.
Nothing quite did it for me, I exhausted standard ts and reached out to Corsair (Elgato) and they requested some advance log capturing process which was just a little too much for me. I opted to return the product ultimately, but maybe I just had a defective model. There was no info online on my issue and I haven't seen others with it.
If it would have worked as intended I think it would have been great, but just seemed unreliable and there's not enough FAQs or ways to troubleshoot issues like this, and the fact it didn't work simply out of the box was frustrating to me.
I'm looking forward to their similar products in the future but this ones a pass for me after my experience.

Have really enjoyed having this in my kitchen. I love using it to check my weather, watch youtube or reviewing recipes as I'm using it.
I find it a bit frustrating they don't have browsers like Chrome, and I struggle with things like Firefox being able to expand things like youtube into full screen.
Otherwise it has very nice audio to it from my experience and the screen is very crisp and reactive to touch controls.

I have had a few Smart Plugs and got this as part of a bundled deal Best Buy was offering.
It had a few issues setting up through the app where it wasn't picking up my wi-fi, but I ended up applying my connection directly instead of relying on the discover wi fi option which wasn't giving anything.
Apart from that frustration it's been working pretty great especially after I linked my Alexa echo dots to it!

Necessity for washers/dryers

The pedestal was a split decision for me. They're so expensive for what you really are getting but I decided for my familys physical wellness we'd go ahead and get two of them for our matching washer and dryer.
The drawers slide smoothly, installing wasn't too complicated but of course it's a two man job. Luckily our delivery men were kind enough to lift the appliance onto the pedestal for us and we took it from there.
I don't regret the purchase because it did really do the trick in making it convenient for our backs and for additional storage for our laundry goods/misc goods, but I still feel like the price was exorbitant for what I paid for.

Very nice dryer

My previous dryer was doing the trick it was about 10 years old and still chugging along, but I decided when I got my washer I'd go all in and get the matching dryer from LG.
I don't regret doing that because this really does the trick in getting my clothes dryer and quicker.
Very spacious tub even compared to my last model for a 2 person family.
Pedestal add on was expensive was my only con, and was pretty necessary for the convenience of not having to bend way over to load or unload clothes.
Recommended!
