I like the Apple ear buds, and these 1More buds received better reviews, flatter response and significantly deeper bass.
I didn't hear it.
So I went with full size headphones, the AT M50x with BlueTooth and the AT open back R70x, and I like them both very much.

Great sound advance over original

I bought this iPod Touch latest generation exclusively for music, my original iPod no longer synched to iTunes.
The sound is fantastic, a significant improvement on the original, that was totally unexpected.
Online reception to Pandora is superb, and wireless synch is fast and effortless.
Strongly recommended for music (I don't use it for anything else.)

I use a switch box, too, so i plug the computers, the ipod, the ipad to the switch box and the switch box to the Media Channel, so I can switch between sources from my desk.
Not sure how the Denon handles any enhancement from stereo IN to 5.1 out. Sounds great though, really happy with the Denon.
