I am disabled veteran, who's been into VR/AR. I m concerned that the trend that happened with XBOX, and PS5 when they came out will happen again. As in online bots and in scalpers buying up every item. Will best buy implement safety controls for scalping?

Is this an IPS or VA panel? Best Buy lists it as IPS in the description, but the Samsung site says VA.
VA like all other '240HZ samsung monitors, OLED displays cant reach that refresh rate yet.
