I bought this for my youth group since we needed a laptop for worship powerpoints. It works well but fairly regularly I have to do diagnostics before it will work (usually once a week). I think it is due to it not being plugged in to a surge protector when we had a power outage but I can't pin point for sure if that is what caused it. It only takes a few minutes to fix so it's not a huge issue. The youth don't mind and it works well otherwise.

Broken after 2 days.

This came and looked like it was packaged well. I used it for 2 days. It was sitting on my desk and didn't move other than that. I went to take a disc out of it yesterday and it wouldn't open. Today I was looking at it and got it to open but then a couple of pieces fell out and it isn't working properly. I normally have no issues with LG products but this one was not worth my money. Sadly I don't have any of the packaging anymore to return it because it was working and then it stopped.
