I've spent a lot of time looking at printers.....and I have 3 or 4 older dried up inkjet printers in my basement
We all know it's not the price of the printer, but the cost of the consumables.ie. ink, toner.
How ever, ink dries up with out use, causing you to hurry out & purchase ink when you need it most.
Decided to make the jump to a decent laser printer, so that when I needed to print something after a while, I would still have way to do that.
Have alway"s trusted Canon brand so I got this model after reading a lot of reviews.
Not disappointed!

These cans do not disappoint!
Burning them in ( about 20 hrs ) does make a big difference.
I have tried open back vs closed & although you don’t get quite as wide of a soundstage with closed, these have phenomenal true to recorded sound.

Got this on sale, and it seems to me that it performs as well as the overpriced Apple Pencil, at least for my needs.
Let’s face it , if you are needing to take notes, draw, or just navigate thru your IPad, this does essentially the same job at a much lower cost. The technology is virtually the same, & you can even replace the tip ( if ever needed ) with the apple pencil tips.
