Terrible Service - perhaps Covid related?

I got a freezer delivered. It was barely delivered by the door and I was left with the clunky box and I had to set it up myself. I have severe back problems and I had to get help from neighbors to do so. Very disappointed; as I would have understood if the driver and helper would have provided more guidance or at least been helpful, but it was clear that they were in a rush and could not wait to get out.

I usually lean towards the big brands, but this surprised me. It works really well. Unfortunately, the freezer had a ding in the front door when it arrived, but other than that, the door has suction on it which ensures it is sealed tight, and there is plenty of space. I went on a huge Costco run and it fits everything I bought and more.
